About 38bd — Bangladesh's Trusted Online Gaming Platform

Our Story

38bd was created with a single purpose: to give Bangladeshi players a reliable, honest, and genuinely enjoyable online gaming destination. For years, players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and smaller towns throughout Bangladesh had to navigate international platforms that were not built for local needs — platforms that did not support bKash or Nagad, displayed content in languages irrelevant to local audiences, or imposed payment thresholds and processes that made no sense for the Bangladeshi market.

38bd was built to solve that. The platform is mobile-first by design, which means it works well on the entry-level Android phones and mid-range iOS devices that are common across Bangladesh — not just on the high-end devices that international platforms are typically optimised for. Deposits and withdrawals go through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay directly, without the friction of international bank transfers or card systems that many Bangladeshi players simply do not have access to. And the game library is curated with local preferences in mind: cricket betting markets that cover BPL, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers test matches; live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi that are accessible at low stake levels; and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and PG Soft that play smoothly on slower mobile data connections.

Since launching, 38bd has grown steadily by focusing on what matters most to the players who use it: fast payouts, fair outcomes, and a platform that stays reliable during high-traffic moments — like when the Bangladesh Tigers are chasing a target in a T20 match and thousands of players are placing bets simultaneously. The technical infrastructure behind 38bd is built to handle concurrent sessions at scale, so the experience stays smooth even at peak times.

Our Mission and Values

Everything at 38bd is guided by four core principles. These are not marketing language — they are the actual criteria we apply when making decisions about the platform:

• 🎯
Fairness Every game on 38bd uses certified RNG technology from audited providers. Outcomes are genuinely random — the platform has no ability and no interest in influencing results. What you see is what you get.
• 🤝
Transparency Bonus terms, wagering requirements, withdrawal timelines, and fee structures are all clearly listed. No hidden conditions, no surprise deductions. Players deserve to know exactly what they are agreeing to before they deposit or activate a promotion.
• 🔒
Security SSL encryption protects every session and transaction. Player data is handled according to strict privacy standards and is never sold or shared with third parties. Account security tools — including optional two-step verification — are available to every registered player.
• ⚡
Accessibility The platform should work for everyone in Bangladesh — not just players in major cities with fast connections and premium devices. 38bd is optimised for lower-end hardware and slower mobile data, so players in Barisal, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and Rangpur get the same core experience as those in central Dhaka.

Built for Bangladesh

Bangladesh has one of the most engaged sports audiences in Asia, and cricket is at the centre of that. The 38bd betting markets reflect this — BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are all covered with competitive odds and in-play betting options. Football, kabaddi, and hockey are also available for players whose interests extend beyond cricket. During major tournaments — especially during Eid holidays when players have more leisure time — 38bd increases the depth of available markets so the most important matches always have comprehensive coverage.

On the casino side, 38bd has deliberately focused on game categories that resonate with Bangladeshi players. Live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar are among the most-played titles — these are games with simple mechanics that are easy to understand on first play, with low minimum stakes that suit a wide range of session budgets. The crash games section — including Aviator — has also found a strong following, particularly among younger players in Dhaka and Chittagong who are drawn to the fast-paced, multiplier-based format. The Dragon Fishing section brings a genuinely different style of gaming: skill-influenced shooting games with real-money multipliers that feel distinct from both traditional casino games and standard sports betting.

What Makes 38bd Different

There are many online gaming platforms available to Bangladeshi players. Here is what distinguishes 38bd from the generic alternatives:

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

38bd takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming should be a source of entertainment — something you enjoy in your leisure time, not something that affects your daily responsibilities, relationships, or financial wellbeing. To support this, every 38bd account comes with access to deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in account settings at any time and can be activated without contacting support. 38bd is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is required as part of the KYC process for all accounts.

If you ever feel that gambling is no longer entertaining and is starting to affect your quality of life, please stop playing and use the self-exclusion feature in your account settings. The Responsible Gaming section of this site provides further guidance and links to support resources. You can also contact our support team directly via live chat at any time — we will help you activate account restrictions quickly and without judgement.

Get in Touch

The 38bd support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat. Whether you have a question about your account, a pending transaction, a game rule, or anything else related to the platform, the team is there to help with real answers in plain language.
