38bd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Use of the 38bd Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 38bd reserves the right to require proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 38bd Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of accessing the Platform.

To access real-money games and the full functionality of the 38bd Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process and, prior to processing any withdrawal, complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification is a standard identity-check procedure required of all online gaming platforms and exists to protect players and the integrity of the Platform.

• Registering more than one account, or permitting or assisting another person to register using your identity or personal details.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of games, exploit software errors or vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the Platform's games or betting markets.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, or making deposits from funds derived from any illegal source or activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information to 38bd at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with the Platform.

All content on the 38bd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of 38bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 38bd.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 38bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

• 38bd is not liable for any interruption or unavailability of the Platform resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events outside the Platform's reasonable control.
• 38bd is not responsible for the quality, reliability, or security of a player's own device, internet connection, or mobile banking application (including bKash or Nagad) used to access the Platform or initiate transactions.
• In all cases, 38bd's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

38bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 38bd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the Platform's notification system or by email to the address registered on the account. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 38bd Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to binding arbitration. 38bd is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
